Walk-in interview for the following position under “DBT-NECAB”, Phase-III Assam Agricultural University funded by DBT, Govt. of India will be held in the Centre as per the date and time mentioned below. Candidates may appear for the interview with bio-data and passport size photographs, original; and attested copies of all testimonials that must be presented at the time of interview.
Area of research: Bioprospecting of soil microbes for isolation of acid tolerance gene.
Position available: 1. Project Scientist
Qualification: Ph.D. (Science) with outstanding academic record and proven record of high quality R&D work and age below 40 years.
Desirable: Preference will be given to the candidates having experience in molecular biology/ microbiology, gene editing.
Emoluments (per month): Rs. 67,000.00 + 8% HRA
